I have configured the jibri and jitsi-meet according to the documentation. When I press the start-recording button, Recording failed to start and thrown error "item-not-found’ into a browser console. There are not error in jibri log. I have installed latest version of jitsi and jibri.

Facing exactly same issue when trying to start recording. No error logs in Jicofo, Jibri, JVB, Prosody.
Hosted on AWS instance. Do we need any specific ports open to solve this issue?
I found that this error is being thrown from mod_muc.lua in prosody, because it cannot find room, but how to solve this error? Why room is not found?
