Recording does not appear in Dropbox

Good day! I hope everyone is doing well.

I hosted my first Jitsi Meet today (https://meet.jit.si/JesComAsia-PacificMeeting2020), and tried to record our meeting in my Dropbox account. Our meeting has been done for more than an hour already, but my Dropbox folder is still empty.


Is there a way for me to download the file from your servers? I would really appreciate it. Thank you! Stay safe.

Hi there, I got married on 21 july and I was recording the wedding for it to upload on Dropbox. I just realized that I never got the video…
I did a test a few minutes ago and went very well, even when I finished the meeting forgetting to stop the recording.
Has anyone found a way to retrieve recordings that hasn’t appeared on Dropbox?

Hi, I am using meet.ji.si as a domain and I want to start recording automatically and save it on dropbox through api. And I am using following link as a reference

Record is started but it does not uploaded on dropbox , It work only if i upload recording manually to dropbox

Did you setup your own jitsi-meet server or using the meet.jit.si ?
