Recording does not appear in Dropbox

I hosted my first Jitsi Meet today (, and tried to record our meeting in my Dropbox account. Our meeting has been done for more than an hour already, but my Dropbox folder is still empty.

Is there a way for me to download the file from your servers? I would really appreciate it. Thank you! Stay safe.

Hi there, I got married on 21 july and I was recording the wedding for it to upload on Dropbox. I just realized that I never got the video…
I did a test a few minutes ago and went very well, even when I finished the meeting forgetting to stop the recording.
Has anyone found a way to retrieve recordings that hasn’t appeared on Dropbox? if were possible, my wife and I would really appreciatte the recording.

Record is started but it does not uploaded on dropbox , It work only if i upload recording manually to dropbox
