@damencho also this is log of jigasi:
SEVERE: [66] impl.protocol.jabber.ProtocolProviderServiceJabberImpl.connectAndLogin().1003 Failed to connect to XMPP service

Check your password. There’s a mismatch, hence the error.

the password is hashed, the only thing i have noticed is that in file /etc/jitsi/jigasi/config.
i dont have this entry “JIGASI_SECRET=”
Should i have to append it manually, if yes then where to get the value

Try adding this to your SIP properties:

org.jitsi.jigasi.xmpp.acc.ALLOW_NON_SECURE=true

Still no luck. Below are the jigasi logs:

Did you check to make sure you have the correct password (base64) here?

net.java.sip.communicator.impl.protocol.jabber.accxmpp.PASSWORD=

i am using JWT token for sip dial in using voximplant

here is my sip-communicator file, i have added line in the file.
sip-communicator.txt (13.7 KB)

@damencho
when in file /etc/prosody/conf.d/mydomain.com.cfg.lua and update allow_empty_token=true.
Then it works as a charm. SO what i have to do when using tokens
