Reactions (emoji reactions) does not work on self-hosted server

the reaction gives these errors on my self-hosted server

Mobile SDK () => Error: No opened channel
WEB  () =>  [modules/RTC/BridgeChannel.js] <fa._send>:  Bridge Channel send: no opened channel.
