Public server is not working

Hi,
i published the jitsi server. it worked yesterday, it doesn’t work today.

If two or more users connect, you only see black squares, microphone disabled, video disabled.

Within the MPLS network it works.

I even uninstalled everything and i did a fresh install but nothing has changed.

Help me please

Thank you!

Are you saying it works when 2 people connect but doesn’t work when more than 2 people connect?

Are there any restrictions for outgoing traffic? It seems jvb cannot send a udp stun packet.

I have a physical firewall. The server is in DMZ but there are no filters for this server.

Could it just be a question of connection?
What port would it use? Or protocol?

JVB by default discovers its ip address using port 443, UDP and the protocol is STUN.

If that is blocked you can enter its public and private address with a setting as described in the advanced section of https://jitsi.org/qi.

Add this

org.ice4j.ice.harvest.NAT_HARVESTER_LOCAL_ADDRESS=<Local.IP.Address>
org.ice4j.ice.harvest.NAT_HARVESTER_PUBLIC_ADDRESS=<Public.IP.Address>

in my /etc/jitsi/videobridge/sip-communicator.properties

restart service videobridge

it’s correct?

It worksssssssssss…

Very well…

i should install and configure jibri as well.

I started with test VMs … internal certificates! He starts but then stops.

Calmly I fix it …

for now thanks
