For some reason jibri cannot load the page of your deployment for 30 seconds and gives up.
Are you running it with java8?

Can you try the link jibri uses to access your deployment, does it work?

No, this is just to test whether you can open the url that jibri uses. Then the problem is for some reason jibri cannot open the URL. What is the RAM available to jibri when launching?

So there is just 1GB free … That’s maybe not enough for running jibri, ffmpeg and chrome at the same time and it is loading so slow that 30seconds is not enough for chrome to load the page, you need to give more resources to that machine.

You are doing the curl from a windows machine, I suppose this is not the machine where jibri is running. You need to check whether that machine has access to it.

Access is also possible using the jibri machine.

Then I’m out of ideas why it takes more than 30 seconds for chrome started by jibri to load it …

Maybe give more resources to the machine to try whether that changes the situation.
