Greetings please, I am integrating jitsi in an application but I have a problem that if more than two people connect, the audio and video of the meeting are cut off
please if you can advise me on my development, could you help me.

Check your firewall. Make sure all required ports are open and accessible. Check port 10000 UDP especially - make sure it’s open and properly forwarded, if behind a NAT.

note that two people in a conference are in a direct connection. three people is when the bridge comes into play. if it isn’t the firewall it’s some other bridge-related connectivity issue.
