Previously working nginx config broke. Port 4444/443

My previously working Ubuntu packages based Jitsi Meet stopped working after a recent update. After digging into it a little I found that nginx was redirecting port 80 to https://$host$request_uri but nginx’s SSL config was listening on port 4444. Changing the SSL portion of the nginx config to listen on port 443 and restarting nginx fixed the problem for me.

The same happened to me. Resolved in the same way. But the question is … this is an automatic update of configuration or someone break in the the server and change it ?
Does anybody else go thru with this issue ?

I’m pretty sure this was a configuration update that came with a recent package. Both my servers had the same issue despite being in different data centres.

I had the same issue.
