"Pre-made" conference rooms?

Hello! I wanted to know if there is a way to create one or more rooms each with a defined list of people allowed to join, and the moderator of the room be some admin account that could or could not be connected at any time, but the rooms be available for the allowed users to join whenever they want. We would host our own jitsi server, won’t use the free meet.jit.si.
Can anyone point me in a useful direction? I tried to look up jitsi documentation but I only got “check back soon”.
Please tell me if I didn’t explain myself correctly.
