This is an old thread and not currently applicable – Dropbox-based recording is no longer available on and this is replaced by Local Recording where recording is done locally by your browser and you get a video file immediately after you stop the recording.

What problem are you facing?

Well I have a problem locating the file. I didn’t see any prompt or file download in the browser. I will search some more.
