Participants video are working just on same network router

Participants videos are working just on the same network router.
I installed Jitsi on my server, but when I started a new meeting the participants can not show other cameras and sounds, it’s worked just when participants are using the same network router.

Check your firewall. Make sure all required ports are open and properly forwarded, if behind a NAT. Check port 10000/udp especially.

So you’re behind a NAT. Make sure all those ports are forwarded to the router.

How can check a NAT and fix it?

Depends on the router. Do a google search for port forwarding on your specific router.
