Participant could not see my video and could not hear to me

i installed on ubuntu Jitsi,

Participant could not see my video and could not hear to me (but we can use to chat screeen…)

what do i wrong ?

Thanks your advice, problem was solve. so our firewall (cyberoeam) go out different ip., we changed tihis settings and working fine.
