One participant can't use mike on

We participated in yesterday with six others. We were able to see and hear all the others and they could see us. Our mike was not muted, but they couldn’t hear us. Tried mute and unmute, to no avail. Gave up, downloaded the app and used a phone, but two users on a phone is problematic.

Need help to make the mike work next time. Device specs:
HP Envy x360 m6
Windows 10 Home 1909
Firefox 83.0 (64-bit)

Any suggestions?

Did you try another browser (e.g Chrome)? FF access problems, unfortunately, are not unusual.

No, I hadn’t thought of that. Will next time. Just checked to make sure it was up to date.
