On starting and stopping local (beta) recording, the local files get saved, but the timer keeps going

Title says it all.

I started a meet.jit.si session, started recording locally (beta), then stopped it. Its files were saved to my local HD, and when I returned to the session screen, the timer kept going and seemingly reporting that its recording was still working.

I expected the files to be saved, and it’d return to the session screen without any timer visible, but that’s not what happened.

The timer is not for the recording, it’s for the meeting.

Was the recording label visible?

It’s the video session timer that’s continuing to display, not the video timer.
