On-premise JITSI install

Looking for a freelancer who can first consult possible scenarios (e.g. bare metal vs VM vs VPS implementation, authentication options, performance optimization, possible enhancements) and then install an on-premise instance of Jitsi videoconferencing solution.

I will need a rough estimate of labour cost and time spent with such a task (may be subject to further clarification of expectations…)

sizing is not huge:

  • average number of simultaneous conferences : 2-3 , 3-5 users per conf.
  • peak number of simultaneous conferences : 5-8 , max.10 users per conf.
  • on-premise virtual environment: VMware (preferred to run Jitsi if possible to tune sufficiently)
  • Jitsi sitting on a static public IP
  • just for internal usage, no need for HA
  • slight customization of web GUI

Welcome … and … I would like to ask you a few questions, please.

What country/city are you located in?

What Internet bandwidth do you have?

Do you have an existing domain name pointing to your web server?

And could you easily have a subdomain configured for Jitsi?

Do you only have one static IP address?

FYI: I have found that for around 12 users Jitsi was using around 37Mbps upload.
