OCTO not open port 4096 nor bind to ip

Hi, i have enabled octo in my setup (one jitsi complete and two jvbs) following octo.md from wiki
but when i try to , for example, telnet to one ip on port 4096 i receive Trying…
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused.
What could be wrong? I attach my config:

  • jicofo /etc/jitsi/jicofo/sip-communication.properties

    #OCTO CONFIG Malv 08-05-2020
  • /etc/jitsi/videobridge/sip-communicator.properties

OCTO CONFIG Malv 08-05-2020

org.jitsi.videobridge.octo.BIND_ADDRESS= # the address to bind to locally
#org.jitsi.videobridge.octo.PUBLIC_ADDRESS= # the address to advertise (in case BIND_ADDRESS is not accessible)
org.jitsi.videobridge.octo.BIND_PORT=4096 # the port to bind to
org.jitsi.videobridge.REGION=region1 # the region that the jitsi-videobridge instance is in

  • /etc/jitsi/meet/meet.cgilfe.it-config.js
    testing: {
    // Enables experimental simulcast support on Firefox.
    enableFirefoxSimulcast: false,

      // P2P test mode disables automatic switching to P2P when there are 2
      // participants in the conference.
      p2pTestMode: false
      // Enables the test specific features consumed by jitsi-meet-torture
      // testMode: false
      OCTO CONFIG Malv 08-05-2020
      octo: {
          probability: 1
      // Disables the auto-play behavior of *all* newly created video element.
      // This is useful when the client runs on a host with limited resources.
      // noAutoPlayVideo: false

    And octo dosent work.

you miss a comma after false

and you have to remove all comments after line of code
