Not able to configure kamailio SIP server for working with jigasi

I have installed jitsi meet,kamailio and mysql.But while installing jigasi it asks for sip account.I am unable to set kamailio config file.
#modparam(“registrar”, “tcp_persistent_flag”, “1”)
#modparam(“registrar”, “tcp_db_url”, “mysql://kamailio:Redhat@123@jigasi.pune.cdac.in/kamailio”)
#modparam(“registrar”, “tcp_db_url”, “mysql://kamailio:Redhat@123@jigasi.pune.cdac.in/kamailio”)
after doing this changes my kamailio server fails to run.
Please tell me proper steps for adding sip gateway to my jitsi application

Ask kamaillio questions in their forum or mailing list, I have no idea.
And please do not randomly mention people, if you are not already discussing with them in the thread.
