Hello,
I am having exactly the same problem.
I need Jitsi just for my own LAN, just the server (a linux ubuntu standard distribution, and I also tried a Linux Ubuntu Server (18, the last you can get today))
I have followed all the steps, and I have put just my local IP during the installation. I have created my own certificates calling them: myLocalip.crt / myLocalip.key at /etc/ssl

When I access from the devices on the same network (LAN without anything, just a switch) all the clients only see themselves but not the others… the chat works and the access to the rooms works perfectly, but only each one can watch herself.

On the clients, when they access through the menu to the traffic stadistics, all of them see N/A

The firewall on the server (ufw) has been stopped

Please help me, I can send what you need.

The only thing I have change from the installation is:
/etc/jitsi/myLocalip-config.js
and put on the line 321: disableThirdPartyRequests: true,

your bosh connection disconnecting. can you put prosody.err log as well
