No video and audio in mobile app

I followed the step by step installation of jitsi meet with docker.

I have a public NAT server with port 8443 and I can access from the web. example: https://domain:8443

The default jitsi configuration has not been changed and the following scenarios are presented:

  1. Desktop Web Browser ----> Desktop Web Browser = Ok
  2. Desktop Web Browser ----> Mobile Web Browser = Ok
  3. Desktop Web Browser ----> Mobile App Jitsi Meet = Error
  4. Mobile App Jitsi Meet ----> Mobile App Jitsi Meet = Error

The version of docker jitsi meet is stable-8252: release

Are you using self-signed certificates or you have valid certificates on the deployment?
