No audio and video within conferenz

Hi there,

I have a strange problem with audio and video transmission during a conference.
When I start the conference, all participants can see and hear me, but I neither see nor hear anyone myself.
When I select my camera, however, I see myself in the small selection window. As soon as I switch back to conference mode, all participants are black and I cannot hear anyone.
What can be the reason?
A Surface with Windows 10 is used, all authorizations are granted and the virus protection / firewall is switched off. Everything runs smoothly on the iPad and Android tablet.

Port 10000 udp not forwarded to the bridge.

JVB is behind public address, the device handling that address - a router, a nat gateway, a vm cloud … More information you can find in the quick install guide in the advanced section.

i´m using a fritzbox an I added the port forwarding:

But nothing changes. it doesn´t work.
Also when I open every Port (it´s called Exposed Host) nothing changes.
What am I doing wrong?

I installed and tried firefox instead chrome - everyrhing works fine…
