No audio and video after network change

Hi,
We have a problem where after network change user does not have audio and video. He still can hear and see everyone else but for others his video is frozen and there is no audio from him. We verified this behavior on meet.jit.si. It does not happen to everyone just for one user but it happens all the time.

Does the person who experiences the issue gets the reload screen later on?

No. He did not see any interruption at all. It’s like that were no error at all. But others can’t hear or see him

Can you try getting more logs next time it happens? I’m curious what happened with the media connection. In this snipped it entered disconnected state, but not sure what happened next.

I too am experiencing this same issue.
Is this a known issue with JVB 2?
