No, not on meet.jit.si. If you host your own server, you can, using the finalize script.

I am not a programmer but I can muck around with install instructions.
How difficult is it to install jitsi on a server?
With the Quick Install script, it’s relatively easy to install Jitsi. Just follow the instructions carefully and you’ll be up and running in no time.
Now, Jibri is a bit more tasking, but again, if you follow the instructions carefully, you’ll be fine. The only ‘challenging’ part for you would be writing the script to send the recording to Nextcloud, but there are examples here in the forum of similar flows, just search for them.
