Which led me to this page:

It mentions that I should have a Jitsi Meet Server running first, I have installed all the required packages as mentioned, but the first step says:

• Domain of your server and set up DNS
• Decide what domain your server will use. For example, meet.example.org.

I’m not sure what I need to do exactly here.

Hello
You will need an IP Address that you can use that has a name assigned to it like community.jitsi.org. This is needed so you can access your server by typing in the name you choose.
