New install but issue with NGINX to start

I mount a new server running on Buster and I follow your installation steps but NGINX doesn’t start, here are my errors:
jitsi:/etc/nginx/modules-enabled# /usr/sbin/nginx -t -c /etc/nginx/sites-available/jitsi.schell-consult.ch.conf
nginx: [emerg] “server_names_hash_bucket_size” directive is not allowed here in /etc/nginx/sites-available/jitsi.schell-consult.ch.conf:1
nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/sites-available/jitsi.schell-consult.ch.conf test failed
-> I then edit file and comment the first line

jitsi:/etc/nginx/modules-enabled# /usr/sbin/nginx -t -c /etc/nginx/sites-available/jitsi.schell-consult.ch.conf
nginx: [emerg] “server” directive is not allowed here in /etc/nginx/sites-available/jitsi.schell-consult.ch.conf:3
nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/sites-available/jitsi.schell-consult.ch.conf test failed
-> I tried to rename the section server in http and the second in https

jitsi:/etc/nginx/modules-enabled# /usr/sbin/nginx -t -c /etc/nginx/sites-available/jitsi.schell-consult.ch.conf
nginx: [emerg] “listen” directive is not allowed here in /etc/nginx/sites-available/jitsi.schell-consult.ch.conf:4
nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/sites-available/jitsi.schell-consult.ch.conf test failed
-> allways new errors

I am not familiar with NGINX so help is welcome.
Here is what I did:
apt-get install gnupg2
wget -qO - https://download.jitsi.org/jitsi-key.gpg.key | apt-key add -
sh -c “echo ‘deb https://download.jitsi.org stable/’ > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/jitsi-stable.list”
apt-get -y update
apt-get -y install jitsi-meet
/usr/share/jitsi-meet/scripts/install-letsencrypt-cert.sh

But LE fails because NGINX has is issues. But we can connect on URL with http and NGINX is answering.
It’s a VM so I can restart full process in case of need.
