Need Jitsi customization, deployment and support

we have build a custom collaboration app that has integrated jitsi for audio and video calling.

We are looking for a company to help us with final customization, proper deployment for auto-scaling to hundreds, or thousands, of users.

We are also interested in advice on whether we should be self-hosting or going with a hosted iFrame solution from 8x8.
