Need a way to get metrics from Jitsi Logs

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a way to get the number of live video streams, along with count of users who have camera on along with the stream resolution dimensions.

Additionally I also want to know how many people have muted their audio.

Is there any way these could be captured from Jitsi logs? Or any other way this could be acheived?
