Need a helping hand in understanding the tool

Thanks for the reply.

But this points to Jitsi Meet, I am looking at Jitsi desktop IM client for Windows/ MacOS and for Android/ IOS. I have already installed this in my Windows desktop but looking at whether I can configure my mail server with this so that I can login to Jitsi using my organizations mail account.

Ok, I thought you are asking about jitsi-meet.
All information about Jitsi Desktop is on https://desktop.jitsi.org/. You cannot use your email server with it. You need SIP or XMPP accounts.
There is only desktop client, no mobile, no iOS or Android versions.
