I am trying to find out what is the best way to monitor whether the meetings are running fine or are running into issues. Can the community provide some direction? So far, I have come up with the following 2 approaches:
- monitor jicofo.log and jvb.log real-time for potential issues (not yet sure how errors would show up there)
- there are prosody plugins (mod_muc_size) which can show which meetings have started and # of participants. As I understand, these are the steps I need to do for being able to use it:
2a. create domain.cfg.lua in /etc/prosody/ with plugin-path pointing to /usr/share/jitsi-meet/prosody-plugins and mod_muc_size enabled
2b. Edit mod_muc_size.lua to work for my domain name
2c. restart prosody
2d. go to http://<mydomain.com>:5280
Are these steps correct? Are there better ways of achieving what I am looking to do?
