Microsoft 365 (Office 365) Business Connection Issues

I have found a few posts related to this but it doesn’t seem a dev or anyone in the community can come up with an answer. What is the deal with not being allowed to connect jitsi to a 365 tenant? I assume there is some sort of App permission or something that needs to be added. Validated that this works perfectly on my personal outlook email, just not my business email through Microsoft 365.
