Dear Jitsi community,
I believe it would be worthwhile to include this feature in the standard
distro to make it more accessible for visually impaired people . You can see what I am talking
about on the screenshot

I’m afraid I’m not a developer so I can’t help but I’d like to mirror your sentiment. I am not visually impaired but I’ve had problems on Jitsi (and in other similar platforms) where the raise hand icon isn’t respected because no-one sees it. I do try to use this feature regularly but so far, never successfully.
So I completely agree that there should be some sort of modification to to the “raise hand” icon to make it more visible.

Thank you for your answer even if you are not a dev 
I agree with you and you raised a great point. This new feature would help not only people with visual problem but even people with a perfect sight. And with tele-school and tele-working being able to see who raised their hand and in which order seems instrumental.
