Lost videos due to surpassing Dropbox limit

I did a virtual Christmas Day celebration with my family this past year via Jitsi Meet, due to the pandemic. I used Jitsi Meet because I prefer to support open-source programs whenever possible. However, as many others have noted on the message boards, the only place to save a recording of the meeting is by linking it to a Dropbox account. I have a basic account, which means limited storage space, but during the virtual meet I never received a warning that I’d maxed out on space in Dropbox. That means I only got 1/3 of my recording saved.

I have emailed the moderators group twice on the issues, providing the time/date/chat room URL with no response. I would really like to hear back from them to see if the rest of the video can be recovered.
