Libjitsi doesn't compile on Windows 10 x64 -G.729 support

Hello everyone,

I have the same problem as mentionned here: [jitsi-dev] [jitsi] Jitsi didn't start recompiled libjitsi (#193)
I’m trying to activate G.729 codec on Jitsi Desktop and used the topic: [jitsi-users] G729 codec
To sum up, I modified libjitsi/src/org/jitsi/impl/neomedia/codec/EncodingConfigurationImpl.java then compiled libjitsi and used the libjitsi.jar obtained in the existing installation of Jitsi: Jitsi/sc-bundles.
But after that Jitsi desktop never started.
I tried to compile libjitsi without modifying anything from the sources but it didn’t work too. The maven goals, “compiler:compile”, “compiler:testCompile” even “jar:jar” succeeded but “surefire:test” fails.
I’m using jdk-8u281-windows-x64, apache-ant-1.9.15, apache-maven-3.6.3.

Does someone have a clue on this matter ? Help would be very much appreciated.

Best regards,
