LDAP Authentification doesn't work

I banging my head against a wall since two weeks with a LDAP authentification in jitsi.
When I enter my login data it only loads.

I get only this error:
Component not connected, bouncing error for: <iq type='get' from='focus@auth.mydomain.com/focus16499765383' id='ILcUM-52' to='focus.mydomain.com'>

If someone would help me, it would be very nice!

This means most probably that focus user is not authenticated and cannot connect to the meeting.

And what can I do about it?

Check the values of the username and password from /etc/jitsi/jicofo/config and make sure they are correct or if you are using ldap login for auth.mydomain.com, don’t use it and leave it internal, as this domain is not for the users but for the internal components in jitsi-meet, like jicofo, bridge, jibri … or you need to create those users in your ldap server.

Where do these values from the Config have to be correct, I cannot find anything.

Is this domain configured to use ldap in your prosody config?

VirtualHost "auth.domain"
    ssl = {
        key = "/etc/prosody/certs/auth.domain.key";
        certificate = "/etc/prosody/certs/auth.domain.crt";
    authentication = "internal_plain"

So then the values in /etc/jitsi/jicofo/config probably differs from the values set in prosody. You can check it in /var/lib/prosody subfolders.
Also make sure you see in jicofo logs that it cannot authenticate on restart.
