Keeps recordings in Jitsi meet screen

Hello Everyone!

I’ve installed the Jitsi-meet and Jibri in the Ubuntu 18.04 server and I’ve configured everything as the guides of Jitsi-meet and Jibri. When I try to start recording in Jitsi-meet, it keeps in the recording progress. So just wanted to know why it keeps like that and how to fix this problem. Let me know if you are experienced in this.

Welcome to the forum.

It doesn’t look like it’s actually recording. Check out this post on possible ways to fix your problem - TUTORIAL: Jibri Overview, Troubleshooting Tips & Tricks - Solve your Jibri Problems, Quickly!

Thanks for your kindly reply!

I’m keeping to see this problem so I think ffmpeg is not getting the screen from X11 Dummy Video Device. So I’ve installed Jibri service in the new server (8GB Ram, 4 Cores, DigitalOcean).

How can I get the ffmpeg log in the jibri server?

Hope to hear the good news from you again!

Thanks so much again!
