jitsiConferenceFrame0 iframe API

I am developing simultaneous interpretation for own use. In this case I need to post message from front domain to jitsi server. I was not able to do it when I use parentode ID as it belongs to fronend server.
However I am bale to post messages to iframe with ID jitsiConferenceFrame0.
My question is this iframe id (jitsiConferenceFrame0) is fixed for all conferences or it can change e.g. jitsiConferenceFrame1, jitsiConferenceFrame2 etc.
If changing what is the rule for this ID?
