[jitsi-users] Win 7, Jitsi nightly 2.5.5363 Can't create contact.

#1

Hello folks:

I am having trouble creating a contact in Jitsi on MS Windows. No matter
what I do
I cannot get an active "Add" button in the create contact window. The
button is always grayed out
no matter what I put in the fields. I have had this problem with every
version of Jitsi
I have used in the past few years. What am I doing wrong? If anyone can
shed some light on this
it would be appreciated.

Hi,

do you have at least one protocol provider that supports
OperationSetPersistentPresence? This comes by default with xmpp
account and for sip accounts presence needs to be enabled.

Thank you damencho. I got contacts going on my sip account
