How can I call Voice Mail box on my asterisk from jitsi?

From hard phone and from other softphone use *97

*97 works for me. Why does it not work for you?

When I have Vm, Jitisi show me MWI (pic: mvi.jpg)
I try to call my VM (pic: vm call.jpg) but nothing happen.
In call history - jitsi show call "asterisk" (pic: vm call 2.jpg)

Can you tell me did I do something wrong in settings? (pic: sip.jpg)

Then I can call vm and listen to messages...
but after played back messages MVI continues to show that I have a new message
