[jitsi-users] Videobridge on the foreground

#1

Hello,

I have a new setup where i tried things, and messed up, and tried again. The result is the videobridge now exit just after starting, without any error (status 0), and no log entry nowhere.

So I wondered if there were a way to launch it on the foreground, rather than as a service.

David.

For history, I had two files created by the service I guess, named after a former domain name in /etc/jitsi/videobridge/[domain].jks and /etc/jitsi/videobridge/[domain].p12.

I just renamed these files, adding ".bak", and my service started again.

But i'm still interested in a way to start it on the foreground in case i would need it again.

David.

Hi,

You can see in the logs the command line args it was started with (in
the beginning of the successful start). Then you can use
/usr/share/jitsi-videobridge/jvb.sh to start it.
