We use Jitsi for our media communication. We have built our own application to record using chromium browser. It works beautifully! Nice job team. It is truly great work!
Randomly, we get an issue where the bridge is sending media. However, the recorder page is not displaying it. The audio is played. The video is not displayed. It eventually will be displayed. Sometimes, it takes 10 seconds and semitones 30 seconds. We use callstats, which is another great tool and thank you for integrating it.
The logs do not show any errors. Moreover, callstats show that media has been sent.
Did you encounter this issue? What do you recommend to resolve it?
Please find attached a screenshot of callstats when this happens. In this case, the first 40 seconds there was no video displayed then it started displaying. Th quality of the video is excellent when it comes. The rates look reasonable. Please note we don’t use simulcast.
