[jitsi-users] video causing crash on windows 7

#1

Hello list,
Recently I updated Jitsi to the latest 2.6.5390 and (less than) greatest
stable version. Unfortunately I have been plagued with horrible issues
whenever attempting to make a video call or share desktops on the Windows 7
platform. As soon as a user clicks the video button it causes Jitsi to
crash immediately. This symptom has been widespread and all of my users are
seeing this problem, is there any way to remedy the situation? I have
already attempted to tweak a number of settings under video and advanced
h264 to no avail. I have defaulted all of the settings, we have tested
both 32 and 64 bit versions. Audio calls seem to work well with no issue.
Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
Thanks
