[jitsi-users] Text/tag filtering?

I have scripts generating IM messages that include (X)HTML to colorize the text (i.e. for alerts, etc.) -- These show up in Pidgin, but never see the light of day in Jitsi. Seems if there's anything beyond plain text, it completely aborts the message. Is this by design, or is there option I'm missing?

There's most probably a problem while parsing the incoming message. You
can have a look at your logs or send them over to the lsit ( or
privately if you prefer).
