Hi,
I am a brand new jitsi user, running jitsi 2.6.5390 on Ubuntu 12.04.
I have created an account gratefulfrog@jitsi.si and can sign on.
However, my status is always set to offline, and I can find no way of
changing this.
If I sign in with my gmail account, I am shown as online, but I do not want
to use that account - that was the reason to get jitsi...
Any help would be great!
Thanks,
G
Hi,
the account should be @jit.si, you can delete the account and add it
again in Jitsi.

Thanks!
Now I think I have discovered a bug.
My password contains non alphanumeric characters, but these don't pass the
jitsi sign in, even though they are accepeted at the jitsi.org
reset/register password page!
For the moment I have removed the non-alpha numerics and jitsi seems to
work fine!
Ciao,
G
