Hi,

Can it be that you have one user in several groups? This is currently
not supported and may cause some issues.

Hi,

Hi , Damian I have with ejabberd several groups and I share so they
can see each other

Can it be that you have one user in several groups? This is currently
not supported and may cause some issues.

look the screen , for example there is a group called iT-b, there are
many users in that group, only one user can look online for that
group, but really everyone is online

I mean: do you have for example user Jvalle in group Integration and
IT-MIFIC? Sharing one user in several groups is not supported, and you
cannot see that user in several groups inside Jitsi, you will see it
in only one of the groups and this can lead to problems with presence.
If this is not the case, it must be something else, but cannot say
much without looking at the complete logs.

strange!, I had to remove Jitsi completely, reinstall and run the
presence in all groups.

if I were to occur, I will send the log.
