I had exactly the same issue (posted to this list on 18/05/15 09:46).
If User A (using Kubuntu 15.04 64bit) called User B (Windows 7 64bit),
then the mic would not work.
User A can hear User B, but User B cannot hear user A.
If User B calls User A, then everything works.
I had assumed it was some issue to do with the differing client OSs,
I guess you could always try initiating the calls in the other direction
and see if the problem clears.
I want to raise this as a bug, but no one has told me it's OK to do so.
I assume you are aware that Win XP is now out of MS support?
If you can, especially if connecting it to the Internet, migrate off Win
XP for your own security.
