[jitsi-users] small feature suggestions

#1

While working with Jitsi I recognized a few minor things which might be
easy to fix but would increase the user experience:

1. In the chat window every message is displayed in at least two lines.
The first line contains author and time, the second (and following) line
the actual message. All other IMs which I'm aware of (Skype, Pidgin,
Office Communicator etc.) print the message right behind the author/time
information, in the same line. This saves screen space and increases
readability.

2. When authenticating an OTR chat session, the OTR fingerprints are
displayed in one long number. This is difficult to work with especially
when you read the number to your partner verbally on the phone. Instead
it would be much easier to read if the number is split into 4 or 5
character long number blocks.

I hope it helps.

I was thinking the same thing as well. I'd add two things:

* Group messages within a certain delta into one, without newly print
the name and time.

* Make the font size of the bottom text field the same as the printed
chat log. At least on my linux system that's not the case.
