[jitsi-users] SIP error on connectin outgoing call

#1

Hi,

I am using jitsi for some time for XMPP and I am quite happy with it.
Today, I wanted to connect it to our SIP provider (instead of
hard-phone) to be able to record one important call. But I can't really
get this working. I can receive incoming calls just fine. When I am
dialing out, the other party rings, but when the phone is picked up,
jitsi prints "Failed to create ACK request!" and hangs.

Log is attached.

Is this some misconfiguration on my side? Or is the SIP server doing
something funny? Any ideas how to troubleshoot?

Thanks and regards

Tomas
