[jitsi-users] SIP account issue for jitsi-jigasi

#1

Hello,

I am quite new to jitsi and VoIP apps in general. I am trying to replicate
jitsi's demo at app.boardhub.io and things are going smooth except for
jigasi. I pretty much followed package installation and provided it with
the input it needed (as far as I understand) but whenever someone calls the
meeting ID he receives 'unsupported domain'.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi,

Where do you see this message 'unsupported domain'? Can you check
jigasi logs, is there any errors there? You are talking about incoming
calls?

Hi Damian,

Sorry for the belated reply, I completely missed your email.

The 'unsupported conference domain' is actually a voice message that
is heard on the phone when someone dials a number (jigasi) then enters
the meeting ID. You can test here https://app.boardhub.io/
After joining a room, click "share the link" then dial a number of your
country
then enter the meeting ID.

Do you mind telling me which logs do you want me to check to supply a sample
here?

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

I think Aaron already answered you on the issue tracker, that you are
using our meet.jit.si services and that's why you hear the
'unsupported conference domain' message.
