[jitsi-users] Set up a Jitsi URL?

Hello,

I'm sorry to bother everyone with such a simple question. I would like to
set up a Jitsi URL/chat room, and it's not immediately obvious to me as to
how to do that. I have used a Jitsi chat room that someone else set up and
I loved it. I honestly expected Jitsi to be a web service where I could
just sign up, pick a URL, and go. I'm a super beginner and I'm unfamiliar
with concepts like "build" and "packages" and how to set up a server, if
that's what I need to do to get a Jitsi chat room up and running. I'm on a
Mac. Is it really this complicated? Is there an easy way for me to set up a
Jitsi URL?
