[jitsi-users] "Send file" is not enabled for SIP contacts of SIP accounts

Button "Send file" is not enabled for SIP contacts of SIP accounts.

Tested under Windows 8 x64 for

jitsi-2.4.4997-x64.msi
jitsi-2.5.5267-x64.exe

Where can I place this bug ?
