[jitsi-users] Prosody Path #

#1

I’m trying to install jitsi-meet-tokens, and I’m having issues. I think I don’t have the right version of prosody-trunk. The reason I’m saying is that it’s complaining about a sed syntax error, which right when (I think) trying to apply the bosh patch.

jitsi-meet 1.0.2988-1

jitsi-meet-prosody 1.0.2740-1

I already tried 808, and 807.

Hi Damencho,

Thanks for replying, I did try 747, and same error. Do you mind sending me the versions of jitsi* and prosody installs? Maybe if I use exactly what you have, I’ll have better luck. Maybe the flavor and version of linux will help.

#8

Update:

I made it to work, and it has nothing to do with the version of the prosody trunk. It has something to do with the app secret. The app secret contained "/" and it's breaking the part where it's trying to insert the secret to the prosody config using sed.

Thanks for the help Damencho.

- Mark
